The Design process that all clients will experience with Growing Concern Scotland ensures that our end product is of exceptional quality, and most importantly, to the client's demands. These demands must be determined before the design stage begins. To obtain as accurate a picture as possible, our sales consultant will draw up the following:
- A Scope of Works which determines the current situation.
- The Scheme Requirements which identify the client's desired outcomes.
- The Proposed Work section then details exactly what will take place throughout the project to achieve this.
- Additionally, a Description of Issues section lists any possible difficulties that could occur. Awareness of difficulties ensures quality remains high throughout and problems can be avoided from the earliest design stage.
With this information, the landscape architect is now in a position to create designs that will be presented to the client before work begins.
